How do you take a local, beloved dress shop and reimagine everything with them? They had outgrown their art-deco-inspired identity, and their outdated website no longer reflected their position as the go-to place for formal wear. We helped create a new identity that is refined, bold, and engaging and a website that highlights their extensive collection for all women, reflecting their mission of nurturing self-acceptance and belonging.

Despite an extensive collection catering to women of all shapes, sizes, and ages, Frills faced the misconception that their offerings were limited to young girls’ prom and pageant dresses. Their previous identity and website fell short of reflecting their mission and displaying their custom creations.

We crafted a visual identity that system to resonate with all women, using color to represent different collections. Vibrant, bold colors were used for prom, pageant, and homecoming collections, while soft, subtle tones were chosen for bridal wear. This strategy not only highlighted Frills’ diverse range, ensuring every woman feels represented and valued, but also created a cohesive and elegant visual experience.

This new identity and website have been pivotal in transforming Frills’ image. The new visual identity and website structure convey the essence of Frills' commitment to empowering women with confidence and style.
