Healthcare innovations, needs, and challenges are ever-present and ever-changing, so it was an extreme privilege to shoulder the weight of a brand strategy and visual refresh for a healthcare provider that dares to do better.

We began the process of gathering existing information and discovered ExperCare had no deficit of vision, values, and goals. With a plethora of inspiration to work with, we honed and structured their language into memorable and influential categories they can actually utilize. We created a verbal identity system that showcases ExperCare as a transparent, superior, and distinct healthcare provider.

ExperCare.

After establishing a verbal identity for ExperCare we shifted our focus to its pre-existing visual identity. We found inconsistencies in color, type, pattern, and logo and took a competitive audit into consideration before elevating their design elements. Among some of the updates are uniformity in the logo, an ADA-compliant color system which relies heavily on its monochromatic palette, and a type system versatile enough for all their marketing platforms. The end result was an upgraded brand identity that every location could benefit from.

The brand identity refresh would not have been complete without the beloved ExperBEAR getting a glow-up of its own. Throughout its existence, ExperBEAR took on many forms and textures while offering comfort and hope to its patients. With consideration to the Visual Identity updates, we brought consistency to ExperBear - giving it recognizable features in a variety of settings.
