In an extensive verbal, visual, and digital identity focused on reaching a broadening audience, our team created an extensive rebrand experience focused on cultivating growth, partnerships, and opportunities.

As CNI grows and expands into new markets, they remain centered on the reality that every customer counts. Keeping this in mind, we built CNI's identity in a way that leverages them as a resource, no matter where they are. A consistent identity was vital to translating services for clients and customers and building a strong visual and digital platform.

Verbal Identity

The new verbal identity was a way to communicate more efficiently and effectively with CNI's audience. Their voice is professional and personable, smart and authentic, skilled and sincere. To them, sales aren’t just a transaction. Every customer counts. They are champions of people, growth partners, and industry advocates. Every transaction is marked with commitment, trustworthiness, and relevance.

Visual Identity

As the only wholesale chemical distribution company in the nation and the market, CNI is well-established with its customers, but the previous brand lacked energy. It was time to resonate more deeply with the market.

We built out the visual identity in a way that was symbolic of the relationship CNI has with its clients. First, a mound of potential, then a seed of opportunity supported by two hands to help growth. All elements are evocative of the commitment CNI has made to its customers.

The visual system has interest and personality: modern typography adds a straightforward touch and the pattern work exudes energy and movement. The color palette consists of tonal greens that communicate growth and new beginnings.

The comprehensive rebrand created a cohesive visual on all fronts, and was one of our largest rebrand undertakings to date. From CNI's mark to their site, print assets, and company attire, we created and delivered it all.

Brand Support

With hundreds of employees across the nation, there were quite a few assets to be updated before CNI's brand launch. Our team was able to step in to help with everything from letterheads to labeling to additional site pages. All the additional brand elements helped quickly establish consistency across the CNI experience.
