Account Manager

Account Managers are responsible for leading the day-to-day workflow for assigned clients and projects. This role requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams toward successful outcomes. We're looking for someone who enjoys improving processes and embraces new technology.

With this role, you can expect to:

  • Be responsible for the overall success of assigned client accounts and projects.
  • Lead all client meetings for assigned accounts, including scheduling, creating agendas, inviting team members, and sending recaps and next steps.
  • Be responsible for the overall marketing success of assigned client accounts, including strategy, content, campaigns, and creative direction..
  • Help shape how our agency operates as we continue evolving our technology and service offerings.
  • Act as the client voice within the agency, identifying potential issues, client feedback, or technical roadblocks before work is presented.
  • Keep all project team members and vendors informed on the project process, details, and updates.
  • Onboard new clients to the agency.
  • Research and share relevant industry and competitive updates with the marketing team and clients.
  • Proactively learn and understand the client’s business to evaluate work based on strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teammates to provide impactful recommendations and optimizations for clients.
  • Include cattywampus in your application, and use it correctly
  • Work during East Coast timeframes
  • Receive pay based on experience

Bonus points:

  • Familiar with monday.com or a similar CRM
  • Has an understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, MailChimp Email Marketing, Linkedin Advertising
  • Familiar with Figma
